Long process! Although being booked in for 11am, I was not seated until 11:30am. I was still at the salon coming up to 3pm and decided to skip the blow dry. Despite also having had a patch test at this place before I woke the next day to a bad reaction to the highlights and when I rang to let them know they didn't seem care.
