On arrival I waited for staff at reception several minutes before I was noticed, whilst they were busy on their phone.
I wasn't kept long, stylist brought me to his station, I wasn't asked my name or greeted by my name.
Hair trim, very quick, no conversation.
Music was super loud. No offer of a drink.
Stylist stats drying hair, asks how I want it. My hair has natural curl, I asked to keep curly. Uses diffuser, hair very fuzzy, did not look nice. Not enjoyable experience.

Leni was great, loved my haircut and she gave me great advice on colouring for my next appointment. I’ll definitely be rebooking! It redeemed my opinion of Live True after a not so good experience beforehand!

Great colour but the salon needs to rethink their pricing policies.
I have fine, shoulder length hair. However, at the start of my appointment, I was told that on top of paying for a full head of highlights and toner, I may be charged £20 extra for every bowl of colour they mix up. I’ve been getting highlights for 12 years (3 of them at Live True) and have never been charged extra when more bleach needs to be mixed up. The quoted price for a full head of highlights usually means it will cover the full head of highlights. This sneaky policy is not detailed on their price list.
Given that my highlight appointment was only a root touch up, I dread to think what extras the salon charges for a full length set of highlights.
