I arrived on time and had to wait 30 minutes for my haircut. No one rang me up to tell me they were running behind schedule which would have been helpful. The stylist had to rush because half of the appointment time had been wasted and there was little apology for the lateness from the receptionist.
However luckily I was pleased with the results of my haircut and I liked that the stylist was efficient and attentive, giving me suggestions for style/layers to help me make a decision.
