After 30 mins of waiting after my appointment time I queried how much longer the wait would be. I was finally seen after 40 minutes but this would have been longer if I hadn't of said anything. It wouldn't have been an issue had my expectations been managed or if I had been contacted in advance to arrive later. Hair wash was rushed, no massage. I ordered a coffee and this was forgotten about. Such a shame as previously had a great experience at this salon. Won't be returning unfortunately

Listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions on what they thought would work best. Gave tips on styling and generally were very friendly. Awesome head massage too, and my blow dry lasted days!
