I visited the salon 21 days ago for a routine session - this is what I always get and for next 3+ months my hair looks fresh and nice, roots are blended in. But this time it looks really bad. My blonde hair has really big noticable root, the part between my root and the balayage is randomly very brassy and orange looking. And my hairdresser said it’s going to last for at least 10 weeks.
The state of my hair is so untamed that I think I need to book balayage.
I was charged 50% more than the price listed on Treatwell, and this wasn’t mentioned until the end of the service - it should have been made clear at the start. Springing an unexpected cost on a customer isn’t acceptable. On top of that, the customer service from reception staff when I raised this was very poor and unhelpful which didn’t help the situation
Laura knew exactly what I meant when I described what I wanted with my hair, she kept me up to date on what she was doing with my hair and checking I was happy with the style, and she was so friendly the whole time. Chatting with Laura was like with an old friend and like a piece of home and the whole haircut was amazing.
