Avoid!! Receptionist called 9 mins before my appt (just as I was arriving) to say they were running over an hour late, no apology and said if I cancelled they would not refund me. Colour dreadful. I returned a week later and got the opinion of another stylist who was shocked and said it should be fixed at no charge but this was day 8 and complaints window is 7 days so customer services refuse to help and say it’s my problem. Wish I hadn’t ignored the bad reviews.

I loved my appointment with Laura who kept me laughing the entire time. She’s brilliant! More to the point though, she did exactly what I asked for and then some. I am so pleased with my hair, I feel fabulous, and I’m looking forward to rebooking with Laura again 😊

I didn’t get the result I was expecting, and I was not advised that it would not be possible to achieve the desired result within the timeframe they had allocated for my appointment. On top of that, I was overcharged because I explained that the colour was not what I had expected, so I had to have another round of toner applied.
However, the worst part of the experience has been trying to get in touch with reception. I have tried emailing, WhatsApp, and calling, but no one answers. Even when I
