My hair is normally blonde & I only had 3 months regrowth. Selime didn’t listen at all during the consultation & I came out with the regrowth still mostly brunette & blotchy. She was really unfriendly & put the least amount of effort in - she didn’t even apply heat protectant & charged double for toner.
I complained & have had my hair redone, now it’s damaged from all the bleaching. She was much nicer this time which is telling. I’ve taken such good care of my hair so am really upset.

Sadly the girl doing my hair was ill that day but when a member of staff offers someone a voucher to have for free for making up for travelling all that way, then they should keep their word. Disappointed
