Due to train cancelations happening the day of my hair appointment I was unable to make it but was not given any possibility to reschedule or get a refund or even any money back as I had paid the total £94 in full. So I am now out of pocket by a significant amount and no hair cut.
They said that they could off me a time slot which was 30 mins after my original booking, even after I had explained that I am currently stranded with all trains cancelling I had no way of getting back.
