DO NOT GO HERE. I had a haircut with Marco - I asked for a very small trim all over and said I didn’t want any layers around my face. When I got home I realised he had cut very severe layers around my face and one side is at least three inches shorter than the other. I have emailed customer service three times in the past 10 days (with photos) and had no response.
