The hairdressers double booked but didn’t contact me beforehand to try rearrange. When I arrived I was told no other stylist was available and they would cancel. I booked as I had an event that evening and am in a sling which makes doing hair difficult. Staff member unhelpful and unsympathetic. I left in tears.
