Arrived for my appointment to be told that there was no one available to take me after having 2 confirmation emails/text messages a few hours previous. Extremely poorly customer service and communication levels

I understand that staff can get ill, and I appreciate that these things happen. However, my appointment was cancelled less than an hour before it was due to start. I had an important event and was left with almost no time to find another stylist. It was very stressful and disappointing. Better contingency plans for last-minute cancellations would really improve the customer experience.
