Fantastic haircut!!! Was more than I expected. Orlando is the best hairdresser I have had in a long time. And knew just what I wanted from my hair cut and blow out. I could not of asked for more. Thank so much Orlando!

I misread the time of my appt which was prepaid on treatwell- I realised 20 mins after the appt started and called straight away in a panic as my blow dry was for an event. The receptionist was extremely blunt and just said there was nothing they could do. I totally accept that it was my fault for misreading the time of my appt but was disappointed at the lack of effort/customer service to help me solve the issue in some way. Due to this, I will not be returning/recommending to others.

Really disappointing experience. It was Tom, not Keira, who did my hair, and the whole appointment felt extremely unprofessional. He spent around 1.5 hours just cutting my bangs, despite me showing a clear reference photo and explaining exactly what I wanted.
What made the experience even more uncomfortable were some of the racially insensitive comments he made about my hair. I found these completely inappropriate and unnecessary. My hair is not some unusual or fundamentally different type.
