Orlando was brilliant as always. Very lovely to chill and chat with, you can tell how skilled he is through the tips and tricks he shared with me. Made me feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend him!

Unfortunately I was left with painful chemical burns on my face from the balayage, as the foils were left touching my face for some time and remaining dye was not removed. Have tried to resolve with the salon but without success.
