Orlando was great. Made me feel very comfortable, I had had a headache earlier in the day and he was sensitive to this. He offered lots of helpful advice and listened to my wishes with regards to my hair and shared that I could pop back in to get my fringe cut whenever. My hair looked great when leaving, he really knew how to manage curly hair!
