Lovely hair cut - brilliant stylist loved the blow dry!
Unfortunately due to illness my appointment was cancelled twice which was frustrating but can’t be helped I guess.
The salon is very busy and not the cleanest.

Booked last min on arrival told that because I had booked overnight hairdresser would not be coming in and then was busy for rest of day.
They did however book me with another fantastic hair dresser Orlando who did an amazing job 2 hours later

I’ve been coming to live true london awhile now. I went in for a full colour-I’ve patch tested. I was ready and Louis wouldn’t colour my hair. I didn’t get rescheduled or refunded. I prepaid and they have basically stolen that.
