My appointment wbooked with treatwell was for 11 am Friday with live true Clapham. I then got called on Friday that Lauren had called in sick so could I be moved to 12:30 with Marco. I said fine. Later I got called again and told to move it to 2:30 with Ivor. I said fine but please promise me you will not change it. I later got called that Ivor refused to do my hair as he only does cut and blowdry for Treatwell and not wash and blowdry. The salon moved me to Saturday at 11 am with Rebecca.

Managed to get an appointment an hour before closing on a Saturday. Came in for a wash, cut and blowdry. I wanted a simple cut with my split ends gone for a fresh look. Lauren was exceptional, she listens to what you want, advises and then transforms it. Thank you!!
