I went to gro in Clapham North. The salon is in a very cool location under the archways of old school rail station clapham high street. I was warmly welcomed with a teen tea and current magazine after being introduced to my stylist. The wait was brief and the stylist quickly understood my intentions and suggested a slightly different shade of blonde as she thought it would complement my skin tone better. She worked fast and the head massage was heavenly. All the staff were very attentive and helpful always carrying a smile as they went about their work. I highly recommend this salon.

It took very long but the results were beautiful. Guys were all super kind and made me feel very comfortable. From the start, the first person offered me something to drink and brought me magazines while I waited, then I got offered again while having my hair done and the hair dresser, Alex, was very kind. The girl who washed my hair was giving me conversation too! A fun time.

I had a great treatment over the weekend, unfortunately my stylist was running half an hour late which I guess is to be expected on a Saturday but they did everything they could to accommodate me and I love the end result of the highlights :)

Went to GRO for a cut and blow dry. Orlando, my hairdresser, was very personable and explained everything clearly before and during cutting. Love my cut. 5/5.
