It was my first time at the salon and I loved it! I felt well looked after, staff offered me refreshments in various occasions, and the decor makes you feel spoilt!
Alex did a brilliant job! Love my hair and I did not feel rushed.

Great staff, paid attention to my needs as soon as I walk in with a very friendly demeanour, very genuine. My hairdresser listened to what I wanted, check on my satisfaction throughout the process and in the end. Very happy about the result. The prices could be a bit better but we live in London after all, so I will probably return due to the pleasant experience.

I had my hair cut by Santi at Gro, and would highly recommend booking with him. He understood exactly what I was after and has given me the best haircut I've had in years. The salon itself is really nice, and definitely stands out from all the others on the high street. The staff at reception were friendly, and there was a very lively and vibrant atmosphere. I'll definitely be going back.
