I was really impressed by Stefano. He took the time to understand what I wanted, wasn’t afraid to give his expert advice and cut/dried my hair very well. And he was great to chat too as well!
I went to Live True Brixton as my hair had cried for a haircut for a long time. Now, I don’t think I will ever go to a different salon. All staff are really nice and friendly. Kieran miraculously got rid of all dry ends without cutting too much of my lengths. Now my hair is silky smooth, healthy and looks more beautiful than I thought it ever could. I will happily recommend this place to everyone
I hate to leave such an awful review but I was very disapointed by the service, cost and end result of my hair. I had balayage booked in on a sunday afternoon and the hairdresser that was doing my hair also had 4 other people to see at the same time. This resulted me sitting for over 6 hours, at one point, I had a toner on my hair and I was concerned it had been in a long time and she came back and it had appeared that she had forgotten about me and the face I had toner in my hair.
I left the salon 6 and a half hours entering with not what I wanted at all, I asked for the balyage to go higher to make my whole hair lighter and instead it was at exactly the same point but just with a purple tint from the toner being in for so long. I now have purple/grey ends, brassy tones in the middle and my natural (light brown) hair colour at the top and it is so visable that it was done in stages.
Ontop of this, I was asked to pay a further £60 ontop of what I had already paid and I had no option of this (this was for toner and for opaplex) which to me seems outrageously expensive, especially for something that she insisted I must pay there and then.
I was really disappointed with the service and outcome of my hair. after spending over £200 i expected my hair to last a good few months however I am already going to have to look for another hairdressers to sort it out.
