Booked my hair cut with Younes at Live True London via Treatwell. I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived. We discussed what I wanted done before be started cutting. He was friendly, professional ensured throughout that I was happy with my cut and the amount taken off. Would definately recommend.

I feel really bad leaving this review as my hairdresser was really nice but my hair was awful.
I have dark brown hair naturally and had a whole head tint to cover some greys here and there.
At the end I didn’t look properly in the mirror as I was talking to the hairdresser and it looked fine but when I got home and properly looked I found that my roots were really light brown and the rest of my hair dark brown, I researched it and it’s called “hot roots” that usually happens with home hair dye.
I ended up having to buy my own home hair dye and doing it myself as I was too embarrassed to go back.
I don’t want to leave this review to shame my hairdresser or the salon as I’m sure they would have offered to sort it but I think it’s really concerning something so basic could go so wrong and the hairdresser not identify it at the time.
Needless to say I won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend anyone go there
