Stylist did exactly what I asked her NOT to do. Ruined my hair through trial and error, as had no idea what she was doing. This was 3 or 4 weeks ago. Sent a few emails to customer service with no response. Already, had to go back once. Customer service dont care that constant colouring to my hair to get it right has damaged it. Very disappointing .
