I booked on treatwell b/c there was a discount. The fineprint stated they could charge more depending on thickness & length. Kamil charged me almost double what I payed on treatwell. He initially said it was £45, then came back & said it’s actually £65 with no good reason/explanation on the price change. (This was after I told him I bought a toner session on treatwell for 50% off). The balayage itself was not good. I wanted an ash blonde but it came out almost black! Wrong toner. Won’t come back
