I had a balayage appointment with Vicky and I couldn't recommend her more! She's extremely friendly and attentive, yet professional. She was great at understanding my needs and providing advice! I left the salon absolutely in love with my new colour and trim! The only constructive feedback would be to the salon. I understand that in COVID it's hard to keep the business floating, but it felt like all the stylists were rushed of their feet with app. back to back + extra work sanitising stations.

Great experience
I turned up for my appointment and had to wait 30 mins to be told that I'd been double booked (on the treatwell app) and was sent home, having paid for the treatment weeks ago. The woman offered no support, future discount or apologies to make up for their error, and also refused to refund me in person. I couldn't believe how I was treated and will definitely never go back to this salon. So disappointing after I had a great first experience there.
I made a complaint over a month ago and have since been actively ignored by your central and customer care team. I’ve had one email response to date from Adam who completely misinterpreted my complaint (/ hadn’t bothered to read it properly) and nothing since to try and resolve it. I’m now £201 out of pocket for a botched haircut and a colour I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR. Terrible customer service which you should be ashamed of. Avoid this salon. I asked for bangs and was left with terribly layered chopped chunks of hair that just flop down onto the face in harsh heavy block. The senior stylist seemed to just makeup the technique she used and didn’t cut to my face shape at all. I had to pay extra for a correction at Charles Worthington salons - their stylist said they couldn’t work out the technique attempted and agreed it was hacked at very harsh angles. Left really unhappy and ignored by an incompetent customer service team that seem incapable of reading/understanding a simple email - feel like they will use every trick in the book to avoid giving any of my money back.
