I booked with Maryam - there were 3 options for pricing and I thought I picked the middle one. When I arrived I asked for a bob, but she explained that she wasn't trained to cut hair above shoulder length. I was offered another appointment an hour later with a senior stylist, which was fine, but I do wish I had been emailed ahead of time with this kind of information. I was very happy with Jordan who did cut my hair. I was not charged extra.

Booked money piece/ face framing. The toner has been used only for a few highlights around face for additional £34, unfortunately the rest of the hair hasn’t been even touched with the toner. The highlights are too bright, yellow and not blended with the rest of the hair. Very disappointed.

This salon is an absolute rip off in my opinion. It felt very like I was being rushed the whole time, my hair looks absolutely no different to when I walked in which I’m so disappointed about. I was told my hair couldn’t be cut again when it was dry which I’ve never been told at a salon before. Blow dry is bad, no shine and looks like I did it myself. Really disappointing experience for an expensive salon, I won’t be back.
