Just been butchered! I look like I’ve got a helmet for a hair cut
I had no confidence in the stylist from the beginning, wasn’t interested, didn’t listen, look nothing like the pics I showed and doesn’t suit me.
I’m absolutely furious
The only recourse is customer service as she was their top stylist. Avoid at all costs
I’m walking through Brixton mortified with tears in my eyes, she should be ashamed
AVOID!!!!!!
