Different receptionists who aren’t trained properly and have no communication skills- the manager is useless and does not have the courtesy to talk to the customer directly! The lack of communication skills ie nobody typed any notes on the computer so that the new receptionist did not have any idea about what I was talking about. They lie so they can get more money out of you- not honest about the price from the beginning ie balayage with a toner you need to add £34 on top of it.
