Dee is an all round fabulous hair stylist. She understands how different hair responds to treatment; she records such, and uses this info next visit. She converses really well, and puts you totally at ease RIGHT from the start. Suzy was wonderful to speak with, when colour was setting. Lovely lady, except the forgot to ensure the coffee spout was open. The girl who o thought was probably eastern European by looks, was also great chat with about my daughter and this generation children. Most helpful. Ambience terrific as always; truly a Cotswolds Spa!!!!! I'll be back 😁 Soondri
