Made an appointment weeks ago and was NOT informed than the therapist had left. Instead I was made to feel embassed by the centre giving me other therpist that I dont feel is has qualified. I would NOT recommend this health and beauty centre to anyone.

In general the waxing was fine. My one complaint was that I asked my eyebrows just to be tidied up but the result was more extreme.
