Extremely poor customer service. The first thing I was asked, or rather yelled at, when I walked in, was whether or not I had already paid. I mentioned that I had booked a threading appointment through Treatwell. I waited about 5 minutes for my appointment before the beautician came out, she barked at me to go into the first room on the right. The previous customer was still getting her things together and hadn't even left the room yet...no cleaning or anything done in between. I had to mention 3 times the service I was having done, as the beautician seemed to have absolutely no idea. The threading itself was fine, but I was very eager to leave the salon and will not be returning.
