Extremely poor customer service. The first thing I was asked, or rather yelled at, when I walked in, was whether or not I had already paid. I mentioned that I had booked a threading appointment through Treatwell. I waited about 5 minutes for my appointment before the beautician came out, she barked at me to go into the first room on the right. The previous customer was still getting her things together and hadn't even left the room yet...no cleaning or anything done in between. I had to mention 3 times the service I was having done, as the beautician seemed to have absolutely no idea. The threading itself was fine, but I was very eager to leave the salon and will not be returning.

The most surprising thing is how your privacy is not respected.
1. The bed in the room bikini wax takes place is positioned the way that everybody can see you from reception when the door is opened. I sat at reception myself while I was waiting and was hoping it is not that room, as I could see all bed from where I was sitting when the door opens.
2. The beautician kept leaving the room, meaning opening the door several times where people at reception could then see me lying on bed naked. So I was just flashing my private parts, as nothing was given to cover myself up when the door is opened.
3. Quite a lot hair was still left after I carefully looked at my bikini zone at home (inspected briefly at the salon and did point some long ones to remove, but I after all this I just wanted to go asap).
Personally, I would not come back.

The Hollywood wax was ok but I had to pluck quite a lot of hairs when I got home. The description on treatwell in the details section said it was carried out with hot wax but was charged an additional £10 even through I showed the therapist the details on the confirmation.
