Overall the appointment was fine. However, there was very minimal interaction from the staff. They simply left me for 20 minutes while my nails dried (they were done and dry in 10). If I hadn’t called over a member of staff then I wouldn’t have been acknowledged.
Furthermore, my manicure had chipped badly within a day!!!! Incredibly unhappy.
