Very disappointing experience – misleading pricing and poor transparency I booked an infill service through Treatwell and paid online. The price listed seemed clear, so I assumed that would be the total. However, once I arrived, they began adding extra charges without informing me beforehand. It turns out they try to make up for the commission they pay to Treatwell by asking customers to pay more in person—something that’s never mentioned on the booking page.
