They were 40 minutes late to my appointment. Chose to prioritise walk-ins rather than someone who booked at a specific time. This is a common thing at this salon. They also give you a different choice of colours every time, it’s inconsistent.

after just a few days the gel polish is completely ruined. It's lifting already, and you can clearly see it wasn't applied properly. Last time it was perfect and lasted four weeks.
