unfortunately didn’t get the cut i’d asked for, and the hairdresser didn’t want me to go as short as i’d asked (above the shoulders), asked for face framing layers at the front and they were cut completely uneven, the hair dresser apologised for this and said it ‘wasn’t her thing’ instead of fixing it, so i had to go to another salon the same day to have it fixed by a more experienced hairdresser. i don’t think they were expecting me despite my booking so i also had to wait for my cut
