Firstly, I had wait 10 minutes after my appointment and was told the therapist was busy. The same person who told me the therapist was busy, ended up doing my treatment. 2 weeks prior and the therapist spent more time cleansing my face and doing a thorough compared to this therapist who also left residue in and around my nose. I did ask her questions about other treatments and she was very informative which I was happy about. I would book again, but would like the other lady instead.
