Great wax from Masi. She was fast, very gently and thorough. There was actually no beautician available for my appointment and Masi normally does laser. But since she was available she performed my wax. What a great lady!

My usual waxing place was fully booked and as I was due to go abroad, I booked in with this clinic for a hollywood wax (my first time here). It was the worst and most painful wax I have had. I felt like she was ripping everything away. A few hair follicles got infected after the treatment. Awful.

191 Kilburn always faces difficulties when booked through treadwell! Apparently, my bookings wasn't showing and they had a double bookings made - the manage did arrange and offered for me to go at a different branch!
