Did NOT have the equipment for afro hair cut....so no, I did not get my hair done. Wasted long journey and had to cancel my evening out!....They told me I need to contact you for my refund. Your help page link does not work!

Not the best experience, I still have some hair left even though I booked Hollywood. She also used strip wax although I paid for hot wax which left me sore and have damaged my skin. Wouldn’t recommend
