I went for my eyebrows wax and tint.. lady who was doing my eyebrows didn’t know how to speak English and i was explained to her that I don’t want my eyebrows to be thin but she didn’t listened she spoiled my eyebrows and didn’t tint properly… but I spoke to supervisor she apologised and ask me to do it again or offered me some free treatments which I refused to do … next morning i saw that lady burned my eyelid and there are 2 big scars .. I couldn’t go to work or can’t rest of this pain

I felt the lady was in a rush (despite it being my time). There was no talc and no preparing the skin. She poured the hot wax on area she just waxed without waiting. I felt she completely didn’t care about skin or health, just wanted to finish as quick as possible.
