I have been coming to Lemoge for the last 5 years and never have I had a treatment like this. The therapist was pushing and pulling my legs when waxing. I asked for an upgrade for my Hollywood has never been an issue but they charged me £10 insteadof the normal £5 extra.
The lighting was so bad I couldn't check anything only to come home and see that a section of my leg still has hair and my arm too but I no one is answering the phone when I want to complain.

I had a Hollywood done and it was so painful! She was waxing big patches on very sensitive areas. She was putting on soo much wax just all over instead of areas that needed it. I went home with patches missed and wax left in areas. Also she was using the same spatula to apply the wax in my Hollywood which is very unhygienic. My usual place I go for the past 10 years I couldn’t make it so opted for a local branch in my area. I was shocked she was using the same spatula to apply wax on my private.
