It’s my go to salon for my nails. They work well and quickly, always offer a drink and the crew is so nice to speak with.

The biggest downside was that despite accepting my booking the salon could not fulfil my original appointment as they were too busy! When I returned they were very good but it was frustrating having to go back a second time.

Had to wait nearly 30minutes from my appointment time to have the artist start which was frustrating as I had additional appointment to attend that day but the artist did a really good job of my nails. Took their time to make sure they were even and done well. Have been to a lot of the other nail salons in Putney and will be returning to le lotus but know that if I have an appointment it might not start at the booked time so will need to allow more time
