I visited this salon after booking an appointment through the app. The advertised price for a gel manicure was £37.50 (with an app discount of around 25%), but I ended up paying £90.
I understand additional charges for removing previous gel nails and for adding the cat-eye effect. However, charging £90 for a manicure is simply excessive and does not reflect the price that was initially advertised when booking. Don’t offer discount if clients can’t use it.
