The place is nice, and the staff were friendly. The nails were OK! They don't remove cuticles for the manicure - but that's just my preference, overall it was very decent.

I’ve been coming for a while as it’s close and always have availability but the lack of transparency in pricing and nonchalance is a bugbear. I prepaid for a biab in fill and cat eye. When I showed the design I wanted - cat eye with a non cat eye over the top I was told it would be £30 extra - I decided on a different approach she was not forthcoming/responsive to my ideas. My previous colour was still visible at the sides of my nail after she put the new biab on
