one staff member brushed extremely roughly-you could hear it breaking and she apologised but said it had to be done, used no conditioner or heat protector and left my hair extremely damaged especially the lengths which weren't touched by the as this was just touching up the roots of the balayage. Had hoped the damage would go after conditioning it at home but it's irreversible. Had come here many times but will never go back now.
