Serena was amazing, she took her time to understand what I wanted and helped making a decision that would compliment my complexion. She really knows what she is doing and so so helpful to achieve the look you want and helped give my hair life back. I would make sure that you have nothing urgently planned for after the appointment as it said would take 3ish hours and ended up taking over 4, maybe because I have a lot of hair but just a warning
