Very disappointed with my experience. I had a booking on Monday at 5pm to get my nails done before my holiday, with only one day left before I travelled. Unfortunately, the salon closed early, but nobody called or messaged me to let me know. This left me with no time to make alternative arrangements. I understand that things can happen, but customers should be informed in advance when their appointment cannot go ahead. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
