Booked and had to wait for my appt. Had a total of four therapists during my visit and had long periods of waiting while they kept changing over… was in 90 mins for a hour (at most) appt
Nails look ok but they shouldn’t keep accepting walk ins if they can’t cope with the ones they have booked in!
I asked for an infill and the lady told me I needed a full set and therefore proceeded to cost more.
Won’t be rushing back sadly!
