Really unprofessional service, I have another appointment to be at. They do not communicate the fact that they will be late on providing something I have booked for. Have you sat waiting for 30 minutes with no communication. I’ve had to leave with only having one of the services I booked to have. Ridiculous. Only offer walk ins on Saturdays if you are unable to organise yourself well enough to allow for enough time.
