The bed roll had not been changed and there was wax all over the bed cover (only done when I asked). The door was left open, but given the nature of the appointment that made me feel uncomfortable. She started with The Hollywood and did not put on any gloves. At the end she went in with her bare hand in a vaseline pot and put that on me, which felt very unhygienic. When I got home I noticed lots of areas were missed, whilst other places my skin layer had been ripped off.
