I have booked through Treatwell and prepaid my treatment, turned up in the salon and have been told that they don’t provide the service that I have booked. I was disappointed with the service that the staff didn’t give me any advice how I would refund the money on the system. I felt helpless and walked out the service with confusion in their service

Worst experience. I booked hair and make-up
and was looking forward to it. Stylist was on holiday. They don’t do make-up! I was treated by a person raising her voice to me about the stylist and the make-up in front of other customers. She said I could (the customer) change the website if I wanted. I had to remind her several times that I was the customer. I remained calm throughout. Only I was going to a wedding I would have walked out immediately. Customers should not be treated in that way.
