I waited nearly 50 minutes despite having an appointment! If there’s no capacity why let me book? I was shoehorned in between others when I questioned how much longer I’d have to wait. Nandini did not cut my hair, I know the staff as I go here all year round, very disappointed with my visit yesterday.

I have booked through Treatwell and prepaid my treatment, turned up in the salon and have been told that they don’t provide the service that I have booked. I was disappointed with the service that the staff didn’t give me any advice how I would refund the money on the system. I felt helpless and walked out the service with confusion in their service
