Worst experience. I booked hair and make-up
and was looking forward to it. Stylist was on holiday. They don’t do make-up! I was treated by a person raising her voice to me about the stylist and the make-up in front of other customers. She said I could (the customer) change the website if I wanted. I had to remind her several times that I was the customer. I remained calm throughout. Only I was going to a wedding I would have walked out immediately. Customers should not be treated in that way.
I have been regularly visiting Kess for a haircut. I am pleased to say the ladies take in your request and do advise when they think something else would work better.
As soon I entered a lady rudely asked why I booked by Treatwell app because she never knew I have a booking . After more than an hour waiting one lady make me sit in a rolling chair and did my blow dry when I was leaving they told me to pay extra £
