Booked a treatment and only found out when I got there that it was not available. They were very nice and apologetic but should have notified me in advance that the treatment was not available on that day, would have gone somewhere else! Now I have to make another booking at another place

Very professional and friendly staff. The procedure explained well. This was my 2 session of SHR hair removal, full leg and bikini. I would recommend this salon they work with the best SHR machine possible.
