I was assigned to a new girl (not Heba) ( without asking me if I was ok seeing someone else) and the treatment was very painful and she did not listen to me when I was telling her it’s too painful using strips rather than using just wax. She then said that I’m probably too sensible but I’ve been doing this for over 8 years and I have never experienced such a painful wax. Happy to see Heba again but not to the new girl.
