Heba was great. She was professional, no fuss and very, very fast. I'd definitely like to visit her next time. I thought the premises from the reception to the shelving, floor and the room, could have been much cleaner. There is a clock on the wall that has stopped and hasn't been corrected and started again. All of these things create an impression that lets you down a little. The service however was very good. Thanks
