Need to be a lot more management of customer expectations and more organisation. The website gave misinformation about the duration of styles and then led to great disappointment. Because they are constantly overbooked you don’t really get to feel like you are a customer or client. It’s not good to leave someone sitting for hours unattended- it is really frustrating. I also felt because I was younger they thought they could leave me to attend to older people when we are all paying customers and felt patronised at times because I look younger ..Moreover, I was strongly encouraged to change hairstyles under the guise it would take shorter and I’d be out the door by a certain time, but it took so long I missed both events I had scheduled. What they must realise is that it is better to have slightly less loyal returning customers than high number of one off visits who won’t return. It is a shame because they do provide good quality styles but the process to get there and service is very off putting and I’m questioning whether I will be returning.
This was a positive experience. The staff were very pleasant, helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I added more services to my visit and these were taken on board with a smile. A great job happy customer x
