Best salon experience!!!! From the warm welcome of the receptionist Ruth who was very nice and polite to the fabulous hairdresser Vilma who was such a sweetheart. A mixture of patience and understanding of what i wanted all adding the best advises on how to maintain my hair in the future. I wanted to spend just an hour there but ended up spending 3 hours and didn't see the time go. I would definitely recommend the hair salon to everyone seeking for PROFESSIONAL and CERTIFIED hairdressers...

Very nice and friendly staff. However, you often still have to wait a while even if you have made a booking.

I was welcomed warmly and professionally at the reception desk before being introduced to my stylist Velma. She went through the issues I had with my hair before proceeding with treatments, giving me advice and listening to what I wanted. I left with my hair looking very healthy and throughly enjoyed chatting with her throughout my time there. I was made to feel comfortable and that my hair was in good hands at all times. They also noted down my hair type, concerns and treatments, which I appreciated, because it meant they could keep accurate record of my hair journey. I would definitely go there again and would definitely recommend them!!

This was my 2nd time at Josh and the experience was really good. Velma did my hair. She was very professional, friendly and attentive. She also gives really good advice for natural hair. I went for the intensive treatment and my hair is still very soft and manageable a week later! Mikayla (the young lady who assists with washes etc) is also really lovely and gives amazing washes! Thanks ladies and I’ll be back next month. Karen xx

Sharon is everything you would want in a stylist. She listens, she had empathy for my health and how it has affect my hair and my self esteem. She is a professional in all senses of the word. Thank you Sharon for giving me back my confidence. I will be back again and again. I cannot recommend the salon and Sharon enough. Happy, Happy customer x
