The hair ended up looking great although I felt like it took way too long as 5 and a half hours for a silk press, treatment and 4 tracks. This was because I was left waiting 45 minuets before my stylist turned up, the hairdressing was constantly interrupted, I was left for 20 minutes sitting in a chair with wet hair. To be honest I felt like it was constantly being sold products and additions where as that time could have been spent actually carrying out what I asked for as this which made the experience stressful not to mention the fact that the appointment ran over so much ! Also the stylist insisted I need longer hair extensions than I had brought with me and I have to purchase some, instead of letting me go to get them myself in the length I wanted, she had them bought for me. When it came to paying she had no receipt or pricing and instead rang the shop and told me it was £15.99 which is more expensive than I’ve ever seen it for that length. It all seemed very dubious to me especially as I hadn’t wanted the longer hair In the first place. I didn’t leave there feeling great and I won’t be returning as I think for the price you can get better more honest service. I’m disappointed as the stylist seemed nice but some things seemed off.
Very accommodating and gave me great advice on my hair and how to maintain my curls and keep them soft and bouncy. Speedy but accurate and detailed
After removing my locs after 8years I was left with dry, knotty, lifeless hair...after my silk press treatment my hair is shiny and ridiculously soft I am one happy person.
